Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the state of Florida only in accordance with Florida Cottage Food Law. All shipped items must be shelf-stable.

Processing & Bake Schedule

All treats are baked fresh and shipped on a weekly schedule to ensure quality.

  • Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays

  • Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will ship the following Tuesday

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays

Shipping Methods

  • USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)

  • USPS Priority Express (overnight transit time)

Overnight shipping refers to transit time only and does not mean same-day shipping.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been processed, packaged, and scanned by the carrier. Please allow time for tracking to update.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warm months, orders may ship with insulated packaging and/or gel packs. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee items will not be affected by heat once in carrier possession.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Perishable Nature of Products

Because our treats are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

For best taste and freshness, we recommend enjoying products within the timeframe listed on your product label and storing in a cool, dry place.

Products are produced in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. All items are prepared and packaged in accordance with Florida Cottage Food Law and are shelf-stable.

Due to high temperatures during summer months, D’s Treats is not responsible for melting, sweating, or texture changes that may occur during transit. Insulated packaging and/or gel packs may be used when necessary; however, once the package is in the carrier’s possession, we cannot guarantee temperature control. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with warm-weather shipping.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
